Squier Real Estate was originally started when Sun City Roseville first started construction. Thera Squier, my sister, listed the first resale in Sun City Roseville and the rest is history. I moved to Sun City Roseville in 1997 and joined her and together we built Squier Real Estate into a premier boutique company. Thera decided to retire July 1, 2007 to enjoy the Sun City lifestyle. I will now be taking Squier Real Estate to the next level with additional agents joining our team to accommodate your every real estate need.

This "niche" market allows us to keep an "inventory" of buyers for the homes Squier Real Estate lists. We are so well known in the area that Buyers will register their "wish list" with us so that when a floor plan they desire becomes available, we are able to contact them immediately.

We are well versed on the cost of the upgrades and options that have been added to the homes. We have been through the "Design Center" so many times with new home buyers that we are able to give accurate information regarding the added value of upgrades on a resale home you might be considering.
